SUP YOGA

Yoga on a paddleboard sounds challenging to most, but you will soon find yourself immersed in nature, relaxing and allowing your thoughts to disperse all while fine-tuning your mind and body connection as you hold focus during each pose. SUP yoga utilises multiple muscle groups in order to maintain balance, whilst focusing on breathing and relaxation. SUP yoga is suitable for most fitness levels, even if you’ve never attempted yoga before. Floating on water to the tranquil sounds of nature is the perfect way to start your day. All equipment will be provided for the duration of your session. Please note there is the potential to get wet so come prepared. All sessions last approximately 45 - 60 mins.
