Gone Wild Festival is committed to providing a high-quality service. In order to do this we need Gone Wild Festival attendees to give us comments about our service, and to tell us when we get things wrong.
We will listen to complaints, treat them seriously, and learn from them so that we can continuously improve our service.
Anyone wishing to lodge a complaint should either email to the Festival Administrator as soon as possible (with 14 days of event) with full details. Email: [email protected]
We aim to deal with complaints promptly and will acknowledge receipt of a written complaint within 10 working days.
Complaints will be investigated by the Gone Wild Festival team and complainants can expect to have a reply within 30 days.
If the complainant is unsatisfied, their complaint will be escalated to the senior management team for review and response within 60 days. The decision of the senior management team will be final.
